What's Included

1. Eligibility:

   A professional website is included as standard with every plan — Visibility Foundation (£497/month), Visibility Growth (£997/month), Visibility Scale (£1,997/month), and tailored plans. It applies to new clients as part of onboarding, following your initial audit. You can choose either:

   • A brand-new custom business website (typically worth £2,995), or
   • A full revamp and optimisation of your existing website

   An optional single-page AI Authority Funnel (typically worth £1,995) is also available where it suits your goals.

2. Availability:

   This is a standard inclusion on all current plans rather than a limited-time promotion. Digital Visibility reserves the right to modify what is included at any time; the terms that apply to you are those in place when you start your plan.

3. Getting Started:

   To begin your website build or revamp, clients:

   • Start any plan and complete your initial audit (which determines the scope and build schedule)
   • Contact our team to initiate the website process
   • Provide necessary content and brand assets, or complete our onboarding form
4. Website Specifications:

   Every plan includes a full business website (or a revamp of your existing site). An AI Authority Funnel is available as an option:

   Custom Business Website (included with every plan)

   Up to 7 pages for Custom Website Design, typically including:

   1. Homepage: Clearly stating what you do and who you serve
   2. Services page: Detailed descriptions of what you offer
   3. Contact page: Making it easy for potential clients to reach you
   4. About page: Building trust by sharing your story and expertise
   5. FAQ page: Excellent for addressing common questions and improving AEO
   6. Blog: Valuable for establishing expertise and targeting keywords
   7. Pricing page: Helpful for qualification (can be integrated into services)

   • Mobile-responsive design
   • AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Geographic Optimization (GEO)
   • Integration with Google Analytics

5. Timeline:

   Your build schedule is set during your initial audit and depends on the size and complexity of your site and your chosen plan:

   • A smaller site can typically go live within the first week, even on the Foundation plan.
   • A larger or more complex site is built or rebuilt in stages, often over the first few months, on lower-tier plans — the resource allocated scales with your plan.
   • Need a large site delivered fast? You can commission the build separately, as a one-off, so we can dedicate full resources to it and deliver it quickly — then continue on whichever plan suits your budget once it's live. You can also move to a higher plan to accelerate the build.

   We'll agree realistic timescales with you at the audit stage so you always know what to expect.

6. Hosting and Support:
   • Free hosting is included for as long as your plan is active
   • Technical support is included for as long as your plan is active
   • Hosting, support, and ongoing updates continue at no extra cost while you remain a client — there is no minimum term
7. Ongoing Subscription, Hosting & Ownership:

   The website is included as part of an active plan. There are no contracts — you can cancel any month — and while you are a client, your website is built, hosted, supported, and maintained at no extra cost.

   • Revamp of your existing site: the work stays on your own hosting and remains yours if you cancel.
   • New build on our platform: hosting and ongoing maintenance are included while your plan is active. If you cancel, we'll help you arrange migration or ownership of the site; continued hosting on our platform requires an active plan or a separate hosting arrangement.
8. Content Responsibility:

   We will provide free content creation, royalty-free images, and complete website design services as part of your plan.

   • Clients can choose between:
     1. Providing specific direction and materials for a website built to their exact specifications, or
     2. Allowing our professional designers to create a unique website with minimal client input
   • Our team will handle all aspects of content creation, imagery, and design based on the client's preference
   • Additional specialized content or custom photography may be available at standard rates if requested
9. Website Options:

   Clients have two options for their free website:

   Option 1: New Website on Our Platform

   • A brand new website built on our premium hosting platform
   • Lightning-fast performance with no technical limitations
   • Free hosting included for the duration of your subscription
   • Maximum optimization for all search engines and AI platforms

   Option 2: Revamp Existing Website

   • Upgrade and optimize your existing website on your current platform
   • Improved performance while working within your platform's limitations
   • Speed will be limited by your existing hosting infrastructure
   • You maintain your existing hosting arrangement

   Note: The AI Authority Funnel must be built and hosted on our platform to ensure maximum performance.

10. Transferability:

    This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

11. Intellectual Property:

    While your plan is active, you hold full usage rights to your website. For a new build on our platform, ownership can be transferred to you on request or if you cancel (we'll help you migrate); a revamp of your own site remains yours throughout. Third-party elements such as stock photos or licensed software are excluded.

12. Cancellation:

    Digital Visibility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitations:

    The included website does not include:

    • Custom application development
    • E-commerce functionality (available as an upgrade)
    • Third-party subscription costs or services
    • Domain name registration
